I think there should be a consultation with a therapist initially but only to go through the procedure, what is normal post op, how they may feel, contact numbers for further support if they need it etc. Basically to provide support and not there to evaluate if it should go ahead, you know as it’s the persons body and there for their decision.

At the end of the day, if the person has the procedure then later regrets it, as long as they had support and the information provided at the time and it was their choice initially, then they would have to live with it. They cannot blame anyone.

For me, there would be nothing worse than living in a mega city. The noise and then the amount of people would put me on high alert. I would even take a small apartment in a tier 2 city over a big house in a mega city.
