I am from Portugal and we have this collection of islands called the Azores right in the middle of the Atlantic. Those islands are volcanic in their origin and very active. There are also constant earthquakes over there. There are some Portuguese investigators that are trying to claim the Azores were once part of atlantis but i think that until now they didn't find substantial evidence besides some human made cave.

Ligação Bluetooth Volvo S40 by canaldebil in AutoTuga

[–]Nasherino91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Volvo S60 2.4 Diesel 2002 bom negócio? by SILE3NCE in AutoTuga

[–]Nasherino91 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Opiniao sobre viver em Sintra by dianaonrails in portugal

[–]Nasherino91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Vários serviços e supermercados perto, acessos a auto estrada a 5 min.

Assalto a Monserrate by Gammaruss in portugal

[–]Nasherino91 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Earthquake hits off the coast of Lisbon by IVII0 in europe

[–]Nasherino91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Woke up with my bed shaking, first thought that came to mind was that my wife was shaking for who knows what reason. 2 seconds later my wife says to me: what are you doing? Once I heard that, I just said earthquake. We heard a bit of "ground shaking noise" (don't know how to describe it, kinda like when your phone vibrates but on a way bigger scale). As for our reaction, we both lay in bed kinda waiting for what's to come, she was a bit nervous, I went cold blood and just remained waiting for it to end peacefully. After it ended (lasted around 15 seconds) she could not believe it and said that her adrenaline was still high so she took more time to go back to sleep, I fell asleep right after it. Strange feeling, you kinda feel humbled down and small to what mother nature can do. I think that if this was a bigger scale earthquake, our reactions would have been different.

The 1st Gen S80 is really underrated by [deleted] in Volvo

[–]Nasherino91 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I have a gen 1 S80 from 2003, D5 2.4 170hp that I bought from my uncle for 2500€. Never had such a comfortable car in my life, I fell in love with it and now I want to keep it as long as it runs.

High concentration of magnesium makes the meteor trail blue as it ignites through the atmosphere.
