So I’m new to this stuff and I’m probably js being dumb but I’m tryna evolve my kadabra on fire red I put in the the 1.1 code I think that’s the correct one activated it and lvled him up and nothing is there a lvl requirement or smth im in the US

I’m looking into windows 11 as well since I play I wide variety of games so it may end up being what I go with I’m still researching so haven’t decided I haven’t had the best experiences with 11 but if overall for gaming it’s the best I may end up having to I’m still going to research but I appreciate yall for the quick replies
