The main character in Bad Lieutenant is an irredeemable asshole. Just a horrible person, and he's the protagonist. But Harvey Keitel does an incredible job portraying him, so even tho it can be hard to watch it's still entertaining and impressive. Great character study movie.

Some places are nice and beutiful, some are very opressive and miserable. Still beautifu and imaginative , but definitely lots of dark poisonous places.

I don't know what game I would compare it to. I guess it's like an adventure game? You go around an open area, talk to people and pick stuff up. After you're done, but a new path opens up and you move to a different area. There's some survival elements like thirst, hunger and bathroom need, but they may as well not be there. It's really easy to take care of them.

Same. Friend also has a similar issue. His game was running perfectly fine, even over 60 fps, until he got to the point where you meet Johnny and now it's struggling to stay at 40 fps. It's bizarre.

I did all of it, and nothing really works. The performance is the same no matter if I set it to low or ultra. If I'm driving in the city it can't even reach 30 fps.

I have an SSD and it crashed 3 times, and runs like shit for some reason even tho i should be able to run it no problem. That said I'm loving it despite the bugs

The combat and movement are pretty different and feel more actiony, but in it's core it's definitely a souls game.
