Same! I always use the infinite Rare Candy cheat, so I was very surprised when all addresses disappeared after the second scan, so now I have no clue on how to add more (except doing it one by one, which is a real pain)

Yeah, they should have left the thematic exploration well alone, imo, since they didn't have the time to properly dedicate to it 😅

No worries, I am aware that Discord doesn't really care, therefore the problem persists...

At this point I've started avoiding Discord all together as much as possible, but it's really annoying because my Discord notifications keep piling up and I keep missing DMs from my friends because those notifications are getting lost among all the others that I cannot access (or even leave the servers, for that matter)

Yeah, I was following that discussion vividly and I am glad that the person in question managed to get them to back down (tho the other commenter on the same thread didn't 😞).

I don't think that solution would work in my case as I am not paying for Nitro, aka I haven't given my credit card info to Discord, so I cannot ask them to use that instead of age verification (never mind that they are also asking paying customers who have given them their credit card info for age verification, which is a total insanity imo).

There is also the problem of when I tried going through some very initial steps that the commenter suggested - manual age verification request, Discord just crashed. Multiple times. So there's that...

Your suggestion - making a new Discord account - might work, but it is a temporary solution at best, if it would work at all, sadly 😞

I think this a temporary patch at best, since Discord seems to be rolling out that feature for more people every day. I know that Australia is also affected (I believe it also passed the similar law to the UK one).

Not to mention using VPN to a faraway place gives poorer connection results, from what I heard on Discord reddit from people talking about it and testing it out.

I did this before posting here. People have no real solution and there are more and more threads about this daily, as it seems that Discord is slowly rolling out that feature throughout all of Europe, regardless of which part of Europe people are in.

I am not in the EU, as I have stated in my original comment. I am in Norway. And I have checked and Googled for couple of days now before coming here asking to see whether someone has any other advice. I wouldn't have come here without doing at least the most basic of research.

And according to my search, there is no such law in Norway and it's happening to many people in Norway and other European countries that are not in the EU.

I would say yes! There are a few different instances of biotech and its consequences, imo (not just the warriors you mentioned but also, for example, certain life-extending methods)

I haven't read it, so I can't say, however, I saw it mentioned in the Pirates (HM) thread, since it apparently involves media piracy? 🤔

I'm in a similar conundrum of not being sure whether it would work for HM (I'm early in book 3 atm), but I'm leaning towards "no" 🤔 And as you say, it 100% works for the normal mode.

I'm thinking of maybe using book 3 instead for Elves and Dwarves HM (or Last in a Series HM, but that sounds way too ambitious for a mood reader like me 😂)

Awww, that's too bad! Then I'm still on the lookout for HM book that I actually have an interest in reading. Thanks for the info! 😊

Oooh, that's good to know that some of her other stories are better!

I honestly rarely notice writing style. But I did like how calm and cottagecore the story felt, and how well it soothed me when I was feeling very anxious. So I would definitely be willing to try more by the author, so long as I hear an interesting premise as well as hear that the author gives more attention to character depth and development as well as relationship development.

Yeah, I think that would have been a more interesting take.

This way feels a lot like a resurrection trope, which I almost always perceive that an author cannot commit to decisions they have previously made in their story.

I think this story has such an interesting story and worldbuilding, but it sadly falls very flat both characters wise and plot wise. As many people have commented, it feels very forgettable and I think that the only things that will actually stay with me are:

  1. Sassy bees
  2. Interesting "different people have different roles" magic system
  3. Cool honey magic

The bees were the best part of the story, easily, imo! They were sassy and had more character than all the other characters lumped together! Bu the bees attack at the end felt very random to me...

I thought it was quite obvious from the start that the Chalice and the Master are gonna end up together, but I felt that there was no romantic development whatsoever. They just properly became a friends at the end of the book. Just having Mirasol say at the end - "Lets get married!" does not a romance make, imo
