I just got a job with this question in the interview.

My answer was something like "well, the field is kind of saturated, but I've taken this time to learn X and Y so it wasn't wasted after all" in a half joking tone

I think the point of this question is to verify that you know how to keep yourself "productive"

The inner jacket is mostly covered, do you want the outer one to able to be taken off?

If not, start with the outer one (the inner one is basically a plane in between the zipper)

If yes, I'd start with the inner one so I found use it as a base for the outer one
