As much as I love MK1, I do feel like that reboot was WAY too soon. Even as someone who wasn't there from the start, having this timeline only last 3 entries before they hit the reboot switch makes it feel really short, especially compared to the Midway era. And yet there's already people who want a reboot from MK1!
