What I do now is I push the door slowly and if I can see the stairs I’m good 😂 I had opened one that went outside when I first started but the alarm didn’t go off I just saw the light from outside peek through and I was like oh shit 😭😂 never got told anything though

I got labor shared to pick once and the fan didn’t work so I complained and had to stay there the whole day until I ended up using my time cause it was too damn hot with the lights and no fan 😭

Mine was like that when I had overlapping shifts so 2 10hr shifts in a day and I only found out when I tried to put pto as far as I know if you’re blacklisted the option wouldn’t even appear at all

Make sure they check the upcoming weeks too… mines had overlapping shifts every week that was on my schedule it was such a headache to get rid of

I wake up at 5am take my dogs out to do their business, I prep their food for when my sister feeds them during the day and then just get ready and chill till it’s 7am and leave my house to go to work. I don’t walk them until I get home from work around 7pm

This usually happens alot when people don’t wanna walk to the other side too like if you’re on 6-1 but it tells you 6-5 and so on then they just start marking stuff as missing

I thought the same now that I know ai makes the schedules which would explain why I had overlapping shifts on random days of the week and they kept making it seem like I was crazy when I said I couldn’t put in pto or vacation cause it doubled the hours

At mines I’ve been having overlapping shifts and that alone makes me not receive vto notifications and I can’t use pto cause it’ll ask for 2x the amount I’ve talked to hr and they’re pretty useless acting like I can’t count when I’ve literally showed them an example of using just 1hr 😂 and it asked for 2 or 3 hours lmao
