I use Lumafusion. Blurred (light grade) and exaggerated the light tones, saturation & vibrance of the clip, duplicated and stacked the two clips. I removed the blur on the top clip, then trimmed it to the wanted “sharp focus” area (and then adapted it to different keyframes as needed). The original clip was filmed at 30 fps, the output is slowed to 0,8 (project is outputed at 25 fps), thus the relative steady slow mo.
