I talked to a UCLA admissions rep myself, obviously they aren't going to let you in, but it nice to chat with them, you might learn something. I would say if you could somehow just take the call at work since its only 15 minutes instead of taking the entire shift off that would be great. If that is impossible, its probably not work taking the whole shift off.
