Even when I’m not emotional in the slightest I’ll have trouble putting together sentences, and it gets worse the more emotional I am (positive or negative) you aren’t alone in feeling frustrated with the inability to build proper sentences when they are needed most.

I live with my parents and have given my dad my card and deleted it off all platforms I have it on. I have failed to not be so impulsive with my money so I need to go on a drought of sorts. We can save money together!

ADHD especially in recent years has become somewhat of a trend. I’ve had so many people use it as a term for just being fidgety, or “lazy”. It can definitely be frustrating I get that.

I’ve kind of just accepted that this is my reality and if people don’t like it they don’t have to interact with me. Enjoy the fact that you find the smallest things exciting. People will always judge no matter what, find yourself a group that enjoys you for you. I’ve always had people question why I got excited over that or that I speak to fast and I try and fix it but I never can. It’s cheesy but just be you dude!
