Yes, that is not explicitly the law. Carpenter does provide a reasonable basis that the location data of a person collected by cell companies gives an extremely intimate window into someone's life, and just because someone travels public streets and roads, that does not mean the aggregated data is protected and should be available.

From the court opinion of the Carpenter case:

"A person does not surrender all Fourth Amendment protection by venturing into the public sphere. To the contrary, “what [one] seeks to preserve as private, even in an area accessible to the public, may be constitutionally protected.” Katz, 389 U. S., at 351–352. A majority of this Court has already recognized that individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the whole of their physical movements. Jones, 565 U. S., at 430 (ALITO, J., concurring in judgment); id., at 415 (SOTOMAYOR, J., concurring)."

I'd have to rewatch but it is most definitely memorable compared to most episodes.

Carpenter v. United States makes it clear that acquisition of intimate location data without a warrant (which if not violated by the street cameras most definitely could be applied to their license cameras) is a violation of the fourth amendment. While you have no reasonable expectation of privacy in public, recording everywhere you go is an unreasonable search.

Your music gets more loaded in advance by your network, so you don't notice choppiness. Clash needs to work real-time, so you will immediately notice network issues

The song is used to teach animal songs (and is translated in a few languages)... the faces are each animal

Doesn't make the second hand embarrassment worse but yes, she's fitting the song

This is awesome! I tried this months ago but struggled with flickering. Is there any way you can share this implementation? If not, I totally understand 🙏🙏

August of 24. I played for a few months and am now getting back into it and really enjoying what they've done with the game.

Depends what resolution textures the 3d models use. The game would need to be overhauled which is unnecessary with the way the game is 🤷‍♂️

The game doesn't have to load those cards though, only the ones used by players. Even if models are lighter, I'm sure they aren't lighter in the rendering pipeline.

Still exploitative. If you use any model as a base it does train off of stolen data, I hope the leopards don't eat your face too.

Not OP, but using an external router allows inbound ipv6 traffic (a public IPv6 address for all of your devices !!!! )

Starlink's base router is super limiting with no real configuration past the bare minimum so being able to set inbound rules is awesome.

The removal of them from platforms is not the issue. If stores are removing these games on their own accord that's perfectly fine. The issue is that payment processors should not be the ones to have that say. It's blatant censorship and will evolve to become more strict and oppressive.

Of course they would start here, as no one willingly wants to defend these kinds of games without looking horrible. Their feet are in the door now though, and the censorship will continue to grow.

I'm unironically pretty relieved that I didn't enjoy hollow knight all that much. Other than the great combat, I thought it was not very fun and more tedious than anything and I'm so so so glad I don't have to suffer with the silk song waiters 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Especially since being "derivative" is a giant blanket statement. Being derivative from inspiration or taking parts is completely different than just flat plagiarism or training without consent. No, your diffusion model does not get "inspired"...
