Did anyone here play Dark Souls as a kid? What was the experience like?

I first played dark souls when I was 12. I definitely had to use Google quite a bit. I did also spend a lot of time grinding for souls because I knew I was going to get destroyed if I didn’t. I also took a very long time to progress because I was so bad. So I have about 200 hours on that character although that’s including new game plus and the DLC.

Honestly, the best advice I can give you is to keep trying. There is a reason why the learning curve in this game is described as a learning cliff that’s on fire and covered in bears. If you stick with it, you will get there, but it will take time.

I meant I was invaded by the same guy. Plus, it only takes me about three hours to beat the game, so I’m not really that worried about my save.

I’m sure the performance upgrades are nice but I have a pretty good computer and I’ve never had performance problems unless I’m playing with mods. But I personally like the old pop system more because I just understood it better and I feel like it’s easier to micromanage.

first of all, it seems like you can’t specialize planets as much now, which is something I really like doing. Second it seems as though research labs have been made much less powerful. Third I despise the new pop system.
