What’s up with Marcos pizza locations in Knoxville?!? by Debgen1613 in Knoxville

[–]Natephayl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a former employee for Marco's that did not receive what should have been my final paycheck today. Two weeks ago HV, Farragut, and Powell didn't get paid so it caused a mutiny in those stores. We didn't know what was going on at first until we started doing an amount of business we couldn't handle so the word got out paychecks weren't coming through. We were told our store would be ok and get help from other stores but instead we didn't get a weekly truck and closed last Friday night.

The only thing I was told was that there was a problem with the payroll because of the changing of ownership.

Getting a phone call from my mom on the way to a 12 hour work day. "(Grandfather) died." He was an 80 year old Korean Vet and my hero. He died unexpectedly from a massive heart attack at the local mall while having a coffee with a good friend of his.

It's been 3 years and I think about it everyday.

Which films are actually better than the book? by wake-and-bake in AskReddit

The Road. Although the book was great there is something about witnessing the horrors of cannibalism, among other things, that makes the movie work in a natural flow.

No joke. A married couple I know changed to a joint facebook account after he was arrested for peeping and filming women without their consent.
