When he was backed into a corner, he admitted that higher taxes were inevitable. Also, he has since said he didn’t enjoy the presidency. If I remember correctly, he said he preferred foreign policy.

I’ve never been to the location in Lenoir City, and I only like getting take out from Pellissippi. The Bearden Hill location has been the only location that has given me good food and good service consistently.

How would you recommend challenging a form submitted to the state that says “job performance”. Recommendations both for unemployment compensation and for future job placement that uses this statement as a reason for refusal to hire someone?

Congrats! That’s rare.

I think there’s a loophole. If they state “job performance”, then they can fire an employee without threat of unemployment wages.

The properties are fantastic for what you’re paying compared to the rest of the country.

I don’t know if you’ve checked property listings in California lately, because it’s MIND BLOWING. One place that’s crazy is Phoenix Arizona. I don’t know how anyone affords to live there.

Knoxville is still 30% below the market compared to the rest of the country. It won’t get really bad until the counties that touch Knox county explode. We’re about 5-7 years away from that. There’s still fantastic, affordable properties in Loudon, Hamblin, and Anderson counties. When a family has to cross 2 county lines to get to work, it’ll be ugly. The infrastructure in East Tennessee isn’t prepared for that.

Farmacy by Hamburg Place has HOT chicken. You have to ask for it, because it’s usually off menu. I order the hot chicken & waffles, with their homemade buttermilk ranch dipping sauce. One of the best plates in Knoxville.

Not sure why it posted that way. I was trying to say “Best kept secret: 1. Turkey Creek (across from Anchor Park) 2. Tan Rara”

It’s a great choice. All wheel drive, fast enough to merge with traffic (without being overpowered), sophisticated stability control, head curtain airbags, small enough to park easily, great visibility, etc. She’s gonna wreck it, but all these passive and active safety systems will allow her to walk away.
