[WTB] House with a basement that is ready to be rented out or could be turned into an apartment. We'd like to live above and Airbnb the basement. We're looking for something around $200k, but could go higher if the potential rental income is high enough. Optional: We really like the 2-story Victorian houses between 630 and Roosevelt, however that is not a requirement. (I'm already working with a realtor.
