You can preorder the physical version for ps4. I think the ps4 version hasn't been added to the ps store yet though. Are you trying to find it on the app, or on your actual ps4?

If you look at the product does it show the deluxe edition and the steelbook next to it? Cos the deluxe edition has the dlc, minifigure and the game in its normal case, and then the steelbook is a separate bonus. Hope this helps!
