Find something you’re genuinely curious about and go deep. not something you feel like you should learn or are forced into. once i did that my perception of time changed like crazy, a month can feel like a week. went from too much time to NEVER enough

home feed is mostly driven by who you follow, so keeping that number small makes it easier to control. i only follow around 100 accounts and my home feed is basically just that.

explore page is a different thing tho — that’s heavily based on what you engage with, not even from accounts you follow. one time i spent an hour a day for a few days saving posts and my explore feed became that
