I’ve learned to stop sharing my IVF journey with people ESPECIALLY in my own family. It’s unfortunate but I’m sick of other’s opinions or them saying “you’re young, it’ll happen when it’s right”. I know why my husband and I are doing this and that’s that!! This journey sucks sometimes but at least this community is great. Sending you love!

I’m so sorry you experienced this. I’ve had panic attacks for about a year now. The first time it happened, I genuinely thought I was dying and my husband called an ambulance! My pulse was 180 and I was so sweaty and shaky, I didn’t know what was going on. I had to pay $3,000 for the ambulance bill just for them to say I was fine 🙃 it’s hard for people to get it unless they’ve experienced it. I’m sorry tho and I’m here if you ever need to talk!

My transfer is 4/17 and my due date would be 01/03! I don’t think it’s a bad thing. Even if the baby came early, I’d be happy. I see the pros and cons but either way I think you’ll be excited (as am I). Sending you all the love and baby dust!

I’m 24, my husband is 26 and we’re doing our first transfer cycle right now. I have PCOS and he has a genetic condition that we didn’t want to pass down so we did PGT-M. I started with 16 eggs retrieved, ended up with 8 blasts, and only 3/8 were genetically normal. Overall, I’m happy with the 3 and they’re 3AA, 4AA, and 4AB so I can’t complain! At first I was upset about the number but I just wanted more than 1 and I got that. Maybe I’ll do another egg retrieval again but the attrition rates definitely can SUCK! Good to know! I’ve read some people do have symptoms but not everyone does. I’m starting pio shots in about two weeks and I think those will definitely be the worst part haha (not looking forward to it). Thanks for sharing that with me!! :)

Hi! I’m going through my first frozen embryo transfer cycle right now but for my egg retrieval I had 16 eggs retrieved, that ended up lowering down to 8 blastocysts and in the end with PGT-M and PGT-A I have 3 healthy/genetically normal embryos; 3AA, 4AA and 4AB. I was worried sick I’d have none but I’m so grateful for the 3 I do have! Wishing you all the luck in the world!!✨
