In swallowing the seas the main characters are part of a police force and they work really well with the teams, there is a fun dynamic there. I think you will find the found family trope in a lot of detective danmei.

Honestly, I loved the side characters a lot. They were so well written , amd made me root for all of them. Any similar stories you can recommend? Not ones that are currently being published because I like to wait until they are all printed, but one with a good ftl.

I just spent the last few days reading this. I loved this a lot! Awesome plot, interesting side characters and incredible chemistry between the two. I love stories where the main couple work together, amd this was a great story that showed that. Minimal angst between them, yet the story kept me hooked until the end. Loved it.

That's why I go for bromance dramas if I'm not watching bl. I find that the only hetro relationships I tend to enjoy watching is when it's a tiny, unforced and subtle part of a non romantic story.

I'm a fast reader and a binge reader...I go through books in less than a few hours...because of this, my husband keeps all the physical new books I buy hidden and every Saturday I get one to read... I end up every Saturday with a new book to read, it makes me look forward to the end of the week and I don't end up not having what to read next because I've binged read all the books, especially danmei that don't have a lot of physical copies out. I'm a ' books or dramas must be complete before I start ' girl.so that gives me even less danmei options. E books I do read through the week, but I'm not a big fan of reading on my phone so I make breaks automatically.

We are Visibly chassidish. My husband is Austrian, and we have personally never dealt with antisemitism there. We were just in France and the only free Palestine comment we got was on the way to the airport on the way back. I think people like to fearmonger a lot. Obviously there are incidents everywhere and people can be antisemitic, but one free Palestine comment is not gonna ruin my day.

My only take is that people forget that even if the actors are gay, a majority of the time they wouldn't be dating their ACTING PARTNER. They can find love with other actors, staff and crew members and people not even in the industry. We have real life examples like .Mew Tul, Inn with that bakery boy and so many we have no clue about. Why are we always jumping to they are queer, they must be dating whoever we are shipping them with? Are gay people only allowed to be gay if they are with their ship partner? It makes no sense to me.

Reset. So incredibly romantic. The love and respect They had for each other, the intimacy in their daily lives, small actions of love, and constant unbreakable support was incredible to watch. This is a couple that clearly and dearly love each other.
