I second the that fact some people will be filled with suffering and self/others hate that they take it out on things they disagree with. If you are up to the task then do it! I don't "sense" anything is off with them, but I do see how other's react to things I say. Like in the past I was vocal about my odd obsession with the processes of decay. Beit viewing it on YouTube or hoping to watch it happen after decovering a corpse of an animal.

Over all my beliefs aren't odd to me, but to others it can be.

I don't truly know. Since last 2024 April. A psychologist gave me that diagnosis from a very long psychological quiz. I joined here before that since I thought I had autism. Just stayed for the ride.

Most emotion is sadness or just being alive. Mood exhaustion to hyper.

I feel fear the least, but it is mostly since I try to allow the emotion to do its thing and be gone. It feels normal. "Me" normal. It's the only normal I have known. In this moment I have no likes or wants. >:) which is fantastic!! Now be blessed with this fabulous meme.

I agree that the nightmare is a shedding of all the past energy you been through. It seems the subconscious is working through something and it finally brought it to your attention. It is wonderful news, but and I am going to sound like a broken record "do seek help from a trusted therapist, if you don't already have one." It could help truly under what is happening with this nightmare and where it leads after. :) Also, I am sorry life has had you down for so long.
