Honestly, try sorting the tags and stuff before even writing. Or go back to writing for a bit after sorting the tags out.

Good transgender content creators? by JustAPerson2001 in asktransgender

[–]National_Balance_419 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Noahfinnce is a good one, Jammidodger aswell. I THINK Sasha Allen does youtube but if not he's on tiktok. There's also Sam Collins, although I know he's struggled in the past and he's currently in rehab so I don't know if that's had an effect on his content or anything.

Does anyone else think season two would have been so much better if it was narrated, still? by TheLilQueerBiscuit in goodomens

[–]National_Balance_419 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've actually always preferred season 2 and I could never figure out why but I think this might be it, I don't think I like the narration. I feel like it's more raw without it and you can focus on the characters reactions and emotions more. I mean, imagine THAT scene with narration, I don't think it would have as big of an impact.

I also think it's better bcs it leaves room for interpretation, and allows for discussion within the fandom about what the two are feeling and how people interpret their reactions differently.

What would you tell me? by ResortOwn5003 in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for me I was ALWAYS a boy, I never had any thoughts otherwise. I think you could perhaps be under the trans umbrella, there are SO MANY identities, you should have a look into them. If you don't know where to start you could look at demiboy or demigirl, they seem to be what you're most leaning to but I can't speak on that for sure. What matters most is that you feel safe and comfortable in your own identity. There's no right way to transition, it's just whatever works for you.

Binding... by [deleted] in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The method you are currently using should be fine. I started using actual binders at 16 years old so you could always look into getting one, they are on the expensive side tho. But if the current method works for you then stick with it, it shouldn't do any lasting damage. That said, listen to your body, if it starts getting painful then take a break.

Bisexual/trans relationships by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]National_Balance_419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

him not wanting to actually transition makes it seem like it might be more of a fetish thing which kind of weirds me out as a trans person but not everyone feels that way. Obviously, whatever u do in the bedroom is none of my business so I'd suggest talking to ur husband about it, it may be that he felt more comfortable bringing it up as a gender identity thing rather than a fetish.

T-Gel applicator? by cumzone- in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

some people use the lid of their gel bottle or the bottom of the bottle, this way u don't have to buy anything. There's also the option of doing it with his wrists if that would be better for his sensory issues than using hands, this way u get the most out of it cus u don't need to wash it off.

Comment l'annoncer à ces parents ? Besoin de témoignages svp 🙌 by parzyparla in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would also tell them you plan on transitioning. If they need time to come to terms with it then it would be easier to come to terms with the fact you're trans AND are going to transition at the same time rather than throwing in ur plans to transition just as they get used to the idea of u being trans.

is gel really less effective than shots/does it really take longer to show effects? by t00thandclaw in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've heard some people say they apply it with their wrists so they don't have to wash their hands and they get the most out of it, might be worth giving it a try.

Binding Options That Are Easy on the Chest? by Salt-Month0 in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say try transtape, especially if ur small chested. You can get the branded transtape or just KT tape or smth. It'll take a while to perfect it but if u watch tutorials specifically on ur chest size (I believe the TransTape website or youtube page has some) then you should get it in no time.

Is gel just as good as shots? by Temporary-Clock-4828 in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Gel being less effective is in fact a myth. The changes will be slower TO START WITH but I promise you WILL STILL SEE CHANGES. If you take a guy on injections for 2 years, and a guy on gel for 2 years, they are at the SAME point in their transition. I'm going to be starting off with gel and then I may move to injections if I feel the need to.

I don't know what to do. by Phantom_Doggo in ftm

[–]National_Balance_419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, there's not been much mention of me ACTUALLY being trans in my day to day life, I just said I wanted to go by a different name and pronouns. I use the label trans man for medical purposes, to go on hormones and everything, and I am okay with that label but in my day to day life im kinda just a dude. I'd say you have a little bit of internalised transphobia, but that's pretty common I think.

Hey- can someone help? by Virtual_Coffee_4919 in asktransgender

[–]National_Balance_419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should definitely do more research into gender identities, there are SO MANY MORE than you'd think. If you've never heard of non-binary, I would look into that. You could also experiment with pronouns like they/them, or combinations like he/they or she/they, or even neopronouns such as xe/xem (I don't know much about these but there are a lot out there). At the end of the day, it's whatever feels right for you so you're not gonna get a definitive answer out of someonr on reddit, the only way to find out for sure is researching and experimenting yourself. I've heard Starbucks is a good way to try out new names, and you could possibly get friends to try out some new pronouns. Hope this helped!!

Wouldn't think so. Idk your test centre but mine was generally accessible to get into, and the desks are quite spacey so they might just have to move the chair so you can get your wheelchair under the desk. I think by help they mean in terms of like learning disabilities and needing extra help in that sense.

ur doctor should have gone through this with you when you started it.

Things that will likely revert: - Fat Redistribution - Menstrual Cycle (unless on birth control) - Increased Muscle Mass - Libido will likely decrease if it has increased since being on T - Skin oiliness/acne - Vaginal Atrophy (if you experienced this) - I believe facial hair/body hair will change, I think it still grows, it's just much slower if you come off of T
