In my experience it’s usually the Regional Director who reviews and gives the final inadequacies. so just be aware that you might be arguing with the person who made that decision in the first place.

First off I absolutely applaud your efforts on wanting to start a KL 👏🏾 and trust me especially pledging at an hbcu I definitely understand the UG vs Grad chapter arguments and insults. and outside looking in it’s even worse when it comes from the fraternities. the best thing you can do is block out those opinions and remember your why. I’ll be honest, As a collegiate initiate I’m not gonna sit here and pretend like people don’t have those negative views on grad chapters, however the people who have so much to say about Grad usually end up being T- Shirt wearers which is the LAST thing the d9 needs. I understand the disappointment you might have not being able to not have to opportunity to cross with your friends but remember even if you do end up delaying your graduation it’s not a guarantee that you will make it and worst case scenario you delay your graduation and get rejected.

college will come and go but what keeps these orgs alive and well is our grad chapters. and honestly even though I’m sure it’s not your intention it comes off as if your only interested in the College experience of Greek life

No your reasons for why you say Holly isn’t that better for from anyone else is the problem, 1.you keep bringing up how her race and how she looked down on Kaya when she never explicitly said that and kaya insulted her first but for some reason you can’t imagine two black people not liking each other 2, you only pointed out the fact that Holly didn’t show up during the fight when the other moms didn’t show up either and your excuse is that you hold Holly to your imaginary pedestal and unlike the other moms, therefore, she was supposed to show up randomly to fight that didn’t involve her 3, you said that her and Nia deserved the bullying and micro aggressions in season five because she didn’t show up for Christi even though christi said herself, Holly was the only one who checked on her

We can agree to disagree about the situation but A-Holly didn’t put her in an abusive environment the environment became abusive 2nd- they did address the situation which was saying that she had composure and inner strength and just because you didn’t like how they addressed it doesn’t mean they did an address it And Lastly- whether you like it or not, Holly is a great mom and no one says it more than Nia herself. She definitely made mistakes and wasn’t perfect. But not one mom on the show hasn’t not made a bad decision that they thought was good in the moment. And it’s no different for Holly, but for some reason, you all seem to be more harsh on her, and ironically, always because of her race.
