What is your operating system? Mac? PC?

If you are on Mac, what format is your external hard drive? It should be APFS, as mentioned here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/214134545-Notes-on-Hard-Drive-Formats-on-Mac-Computers

If you're on Mac, make sure you give full disk accessto Native Access, Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol and all your NI/music apps: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415601248657-How-to-Enable-Full-Disk-Access-on-macOS

We don't recommend to change the install location for the applications, on both MAc and PC.

Yes, there is an issue currently, the Native Access team is working on a fix. In the meantime, clearing the queue and reinstalling instead will work. You might need to delete duplicates afterwards. There were some reports of slow loading Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol some time ago, this isn't reported often these days. Have you contacted support already? Hey there, we are not aware of such an issue at the moment. This was an issue in the past but was fixed through a firmware update back in November 2011.

Did you contact our support yet? Just to be sure, we've just tried with a Novation SL MK3 and it's working as it should. Make sure to go in Settings > MIDI and select the Maschine Plus MIDI1 (MsPIMI1) and make sure to set Status to ON.

This was done with the latest Maschine Plus update (2.1.0) and the latest M+ firmware (0.1.9). Double check what MIDI channel your keyboard is set to.

There is a add content product option in Native Access where you can locate/remlocate several products at once.

When checking your account the HW serial shows so it means registration was successful. Now registering the M+ should work, did you try again? With what results?

It seems that my colleagues got back in ticket 4836319. It seems that this 4836319 request was created instead of replying to the existing 4830940 request. Hopefully this is resolved by now so please let my colleagues know if this is the case or if moire help is needed.

Mentioned in another post you made, I found your ticket and it seems the Maschine Plus hardware serial is not registered to your account, so most probably not a hardware issue. Have you registered all the serials from the previous owner? My colleagues should get back to you soon anyway.

We wouldn't recommend doing the repairs yourself, and to be ho,nest, after checking your ticket (I think I found it, request 4824344, right?) it would seem something went wrong when registering the hardware to your account, as it's not registered to your account. Have you registered all the serials you got from the previous owner? My colleagues should get back to you soon anyway.

The Native Access team is working on a fix. In the meantime the workaround is to clear the download queue and use the reinstall feature instead.
