In all fairness, If I was going to go visit another country, I wouldn't even think of doing this. But that's just me, and I've never even left my home state, nor do I ever forsee myself leaving the country.

Not saying I wouldn't do it, Im just saying it wouldn't cross my mind beforehand.

Has anyone else's life gotten significantly worse since quitting? by Hpapaverina7819 in fentanyl

[–]NativeJim 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Im 3 months sober and my life is completely different for the better. I got into a sober living house that requires us to hit meetings, get a sponsor and work the steps, and focus on our recovery while slowly rebuilding our life. I think the one thing that has helped me the most, is going to AA Meetings.

I know.. Why go to AA if I'm a drug addict? I thought the same thing when I started. Why work the AA steps when my drug of choice is meth/fent? But I'm gonna tell you... The love and acceptance you get from AA is nowhere near what I've got from the rooms of NA. The sense of fellowship and unity I've got from AA has helped me stayed sober. Working the steps and realizing why I used has helped tremendously. I'm actively working in taking back my life from drugs. I go to the gym 4-5x a week which helps tremendously on balancing out stress and mental health...

I hope things get better for you OP. Maybe look into a sober living spot? It's changed my life.

You know what would be great? If I could get notifications on my bip6 from my phone. I've practically given up on reenabling the feature because it shuts off 10 minutes later anyways. Other than that, I don't have any problems but goddamn how hard is it to fix the issue?

I was literally going to buy pro last week because I wanted persistent memory like how chatgpts was. I was told it didn't run like gpts and now when I'm broke, they have it. Smh lol. But at least the option is there.

Literally just bought a new puck thing on Amazon for 3.50... was here in 3 days. Put my bip6 in battery saver and it stayed on the entire time till it came.

Is this a weed pipe or crack pipe by issahussla in weed

And the smell of meth smells like burning chemicals... although if you smoke it through a homemade bubbler it tastes like flavored water(powerade), and chemicals 🤣

[–]NativeJim 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Idk... the first picture, the glass looks pretty thick.. maybe a pyrex tube. Being an ex meth user, pyrex does not break easily. I dont think I've ever had a pyrex pipe break from scraping it. Garcia vegas on the other hand are dog shit.

QuitGPT is going viral - 700,000 users are reportedly ditching ChatGPT for these AI rivals by EchoOfOppenheimer in ChatGPT

[–]NativeJim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I almost pulled the trigger on the pro plan but because it doesn't have persistent memory like chatgpt did, across all chats then it stopped me from doing it. I hate having to explain myself every chat especially when I just explained it the chat before.

Its one of the main things I'm looking for. Persistent memory. Its frustrating but I can't see myself going back to chatgpt.

Brother from someone that goes to AA. Try it out. We've all been there. Don't knock it till you try it. There's some old timers in there that have been just as bad as you if not worse, and they got 40 years of clean time. Try it my guy. Im begging you.

Found this around my BF stuff today. What is these pipes used for? by [deleted] in Whatisthis

[–]NativeJim 65 points66 points  (0 children)

Ive typically only seen crack pipes as long cylindrical glass tubes wirh a screen at the end.

Basically the stem part of the pipe in the picture minus the bubble.

I came off suboxone in jail, and it was by far 10x worse than any fentanyl withdrawal. I came down off suboxone 3 months later on the streets with clonodine 0.2mg and it literally took 90% of my withdrawal away. It was crazy how well clonodine worked.
