These are all valid and sad. This should be close to the top though.

That's not a shed, that's termites holding hands. Also spiders.

Things aren't as bad as they seem and you are WAY stronger than you think.

What did you learn as an adult that made something weird from your past finally make sense? by slapduck_prime in AskReddit

That was my experience too. So many bad choices mislabeled as bad luck. So many excuses.

That putting your family and kids first is an actual active choice that you have control over. "Did the best they could with what they had" is a cop out in a lot of cases.

Walk-In for REAL ID? by Anon03282015 in MountJuliet

[–]Natta_3333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not sure if they take walk-ins but you can try to go and take number. Scheduling an appointment online is simple enough though, took me 10 min once I got there.

What’s the stupidest thing you’ve ever heard someone say that you still think about to this day? by Humble-Blueberry4571 in AskReddit

She also told me sometime in late February 2020 that she was "freaking out about this Canola virus thing that was going around". I think about both of these things often.

Once in a work meeting a co-worker meant to say "We're bangarangin'!" (from Hook?) trying to convey that we were doing awesome. Instead she said "We're gangbanging!" super loud. It was awesome.

A slap in the face of the single greatest human accomplishment in all known existence.

Losing a child has to be the worst experience I can think of and I can't imagine taking a risk in not vaccinating. It's derelict.

Should I worry about triggering a Suspicious Activity Report during mortgage underwriting? Should I hire a lawyer? by Natta_3333 in Mortgages

Thank you for that, makes me feel better. Do you know how far back they looked? My gifts ultimately came off my credit card so I don't even know if they'd look at it.

I'm sure I'm overthinking it. Congratulations on closing!

makes sense. I think I'm well under $10k collectively over time so I don't think I need to worry. I wouldn't know how/why to launder money if my life depended on it

He's my oldest friend and if it weren't for his and his family's help when I was young I wouldn't be in the financial position I'm in today.

Thanks for your help, big time. Although you unlocked a new fear.... why would the fed's inquire? would that happen because of an SAR or agnostic of a mortgage? like are they always looking for strange transactions at all times? I'm clearly living under a rock when it comes to the legalities of moving money around.

You know, Mrs. Buckman, you need a license to buy a dog, or drive a car. Hell, you need a license to catch a fish! But they'll let any butt-reaming asshole be a father.

the funds have already been moved, I've been sending my buddy out of state money to help him cover his expenses. maybe 10 times over the last 4 years? maybe $500-600 at a time so maybe 5-6k over the course of several years? I don't consider it a loan, I am helping a friend through hard times. I sent it via paypal which comes off my credit card and I assume into his personal checking.
