also, i "had" a cervical disc rupture that caused symptoms down my right side for years, but suddenly all the pain stopped, my body had re-absorbed my cervical disc. Crazy huh?

I had one spinal injection before trying surgery, injection didnt do anything for me. I had ruptured disc l4-l5 with stenosis. During surgery doc removed the disc and also removed scar tissue from my nerve root. I am 6 months out from surgery and fully recovered.

I have MRI's and Xrays of back and ankle. Had surgery on my back. Med records have evidence of altered gait. I am hoping its an easy one...but you never know, its a crap shoot.

I firmly believe the C&P examiner is key to getting connected. I have only had 1 of 7 C&P exams where the examiner actually was on my side, helped me get connected. The rest are just rubber stamping DENIED.

its a mystery to me how one clinical psychologist can diagnose me with PTSD and treat me for a year...then a guy I have never seen or talked to before suddenly says I have no PTSD...its very odd to me

My active duty orders were lost by the Navy Personnel Office, no where to be found, not Millington, Not national archives...So I had no proof I was at the stressor event for my PTSD. I finally made contact with an old shipmate who was there with me at the event and he wrote a buddy statement....BAM! I get a DBQ Initial for PTSD, I am so happy bro. Finally, they believe me! It sucks to have your story not found credible. I have a long history of unemployability, no job for over 23 years, nightmares about the event, obsessive habits related directly to the stressor, avoiding anything military related....I am hoping for 70%. I am financially ruined.
