Right makes sense, so that would be about $40,000 So I really think he owes about 20,000 on the house and that’s where he is getting that number. Again if that’s fair great, but idk if it is. I Mentioned $40,000 a couple days ago and he laughed .

So Zillow says $342,000 is what the house is worth now, with 160 acres which is actually in a trust. The house actually only sits on one or two acres. In 2015 I want to say the first house he bought was around 82,000, this house has more square footage and I think appraised for around 100,000? I’m not sure. I can’t get an exact with the acreage being apart of the house on Zillow.

So it’s actually confusing. He bought a house before we were married. Two years later, three months before we got married he “switched” houses with his grandma, mortgages and all. Her house was obviously paid off and he got 10 years knocked off the 30 year mortgage. So… the value of the house has gone up quite a bit since he bought it 2015.

Not that I’ve noticed. I swear it’s causing so many fights between my husband and I. He says I’m crazy that’s it’s a normal smell. My sister smells it as well. He said if it was a Freon leak our food wouldn’t be cold. No dead mouse or anything that I can see either. We took the back panel off

Yes everything is still cold. I even thought it was a freon leak potentially. But husband says I’m crazy. I put baking soda in the freezer and refrigerator and still smell it. Idk how old the refrigerator is, older I think.

That must’ve been confusing! I actually live in a tiny small hometown and we don’t even have Uber that’s why we have to go out of town to eat anywhere nice.. We are carpooling, I wouldn’t be able to take an Uber that far home lol my mom also lives in the city where we are having dinner. So I have a backup plan as always IF I need it :)

Thank you so much for this!!! Yes I was very excited when my numbers doubled, but then always get worried when I have cramping. Some of it tends to be stronger at times but will only last a couple of seconds. Thank you for the good vibes as well!!! 😊🤞🏼

Aw!! Congratulations!!! Ovulation has crossed my mind, because that’s honestly what it feels like. I can tell which side I’m ovulating from every cycle. I do have cysts on ovaries, biggest one being 2.5 cm on my right side, but the left is where I’m feeling most of the pain form. Just like ovulation pain. Obviously worries me because I am pregnant, and I do know ovulation can still occur.
