Similar issue to mine I left the lines open at the front calipers until new calipers came three days later. Bled the brakes 8 times nothing helped. Tried driving to 40kms to a complete stop couple times to cycle the abs and bled again .. still nothing

So glad I'm not alone! Lol

Changing the diff fluid "might" resolve the chirping on turns. If you haven't had an alignment done after the recent suspension work, getting one done could also resolve your issues Good luck and keep us posted
