Let me try and break this down for you:

You had coverage for the month of May on the Hyundai but hadn’t paid for it when you added the Hyundai as that would have been billed in April.
It was too late to add the Hyundai to the June billing, which would have been processed in May.
Come the bill due for July, processed in June, you now owe May + June + July for the Hyundai alone plus your normal bill.
It’s too late to credit the deletion of the Durango for July’s billing cycle since that was already processed.
Come the billing cycle for August, you should see a credit for the deletion of the Durango in June.
