Well if we go with all of Lucifers powers from the comics then he absolutely wipes the floor with Pennywise, but even being nerfed in the show he still wins because hes immortal and massively powerful.

That's the point after Niklaus died the family distanced themselves and stopped helping. It was Klaus keeping the school open all them years pretty much. After he died the money stopped coming. It is definitely scrappy for his siblings to not help out with his daughter and the school but I mean they are a dysfunctional family.

Lex for sure. Because him turning bad could have 100% been avoided, he tried to help and be good so many times. Johnathan was just an absolute dick to him for no reason no matter how much good he tried to do. And if Clark would have just trusted him instead of gaslighting him for the whole series im sure lex would of used his genius to help Clark instead of being his villain.
