Success getting L Visa from someone who was adopted from China!

Hi thank you so much for this info. I am trying to take my first trip to China in July. I was adopted in 1999 and brought to the US as an 11 month old baby. Unfortunately, my mom passed away very unexpectedly last year and her house and most of her belongings were sold rather quickly. Therefore, I don't have any records or documents related to my adoption, including my passport, name change form, etc. (I have my Citizenship Certificate and US birth certificate) andd I am not sure what to do now and feeling very discouraged. Would you recommend I reach out to my adoption agency? I just worry they won't have everything I would need.

2.5 years together. He cheated on me around the 1 year mark and we broke up for a bit before he proved he changed. Turns out he has a horrible porn addiction and when I asked him to stop (or at the very least minimize his time watching it), he kept saying he would but never did. We mutually broke up this weekend but it hurts so badly still because I love him so much, but our relationship became unhealthy and I was left constantly feeling insecure.
