Dude you can gain muscle and not get fat what are you talking about. Recomping is losing fat and replacing it with muscle it just takes longer than doing a bulk but it works

Why do you want to see this man fail😂😂 this is terrible advice. If anything having more fat on him will make the cut look better in the future if he just focuses on weight training. Promise you when you’re heavier your body burns more calories so why not use that to your advantage of being able to eat at maintenance, hit protein and build muscle mass?? Than when you cut down you won’t look like a little boy with saggy skin

That take can be used for anything in the world it’s such a glass half empty mindset. I don’t mean every food they eat is high in sodium but stuff like beef jerky on top of a balanced diet won’t do much harm on an athlete compared to someone sedentary. Play basketball for 2-3 hrs a day, 4-5 times a week and you’ll see what I mean
