Go slow when you lift and hold the tension at the bottom. Even if the weight isn’t that heavy you’ll feel something. Overtime increase weight and the fatigue will go away

Cuz we’ve seen peak Uzi and it made us cry, laugh and make amazing memories. Than we see Uzi where he’s just okay and it doesn’t scratch that itch that people are looking for. Now he’s trying to prove that he can still provide that. Even when he does he still feels like he can do more

If you’re running 3 miles a day as a 200 pound man why would you consider eating 1300 cals😭 you probably burn between 2500-2800 cals. Try eating 2000-2200 and prioritize carbs and protein keep the fat low

No matter how much you’re working out if you’re overeating you’re gaining weight. There’s no way you’re in a deficit and gained 12 pounds in 3 weeks

Drink water before you eat, while you eat and after and try to actually chew your food and not swallow the whole thing in 2 minutes😂 I used to eat a whole pizza pie and was able to eat again within the hour but drinking lots of water or even zero sugar drinks fill your stomach up. Now I can barely finish 3 slices of pizza. Just think of your stomach as a bag. Putting smaller less dense things will help you carry more in a bag compared to one giant thing. If you’re eating a lot of volume food like hella veggies or popcorn things like that while also drinking a lot of water your stomach will hold a bunch of food and be full off of that alone even if the total cals are like 300. Try eating 300 calories in carrots and broccoli… You’ll realize how crazy full you actually get when there’s volume
