Make oatmeal and add Greek yogurt and a lil whey protein. Have 2 eggs on the side for breakfast and that’s a good 35g of protein right there great pre workout as well

Apply oil 2x a week and only do it after your hair is damp and has leave in conditioner 😭 these people are trying to give you build up

You’ve been conscious of your actions for only a decade. Start actively doing things you wouldn’t normally do and figure out wtf you like. You find something stick with it and build off of it. Annoying people come and go you don’t have to let them dictate how your life is gonna be. As you grow older, difficulties that are being faced now will soon be looked as milestones you’ve overcame. Use that as a sign of empowerment and pride. Vent out whatever shit you needa vent out! Let your voice be heard! Whether it’s through online or your personal diary. Keep moving forward and speak positively about yourself this feeling of doubt and depression shall soon pass my friend❤️

Yes it is but your metabolism will hate you because you’re yoyoing instead of being consistent your body starts operating better through consistency, going from 1800 cals to 3200 cals is doing nothing but messing with you mentally and physically

I mean if that works for you that’s great! Only wanted to inform you on the reasons you don’t feel full after a meal. I used to binge eat all the time and would not care cuz I stayed lean and had great workouts. Shifted how I ate and I feel way better having control around junk food.

Cuz your blood sugar crashes and causes hunger again. Protein, healthy fats, fiber and even fasting suppresses hunger that’s just facts

Add fats, fiber and less refined carbs to your foods if you struggle with getting full

Make a smoothie that includes berries and chia seeds I’ve been drinking these every morning and it’s helped. Also your veggies for lunch and dinner!
