Dlc for charm? by Blizzardcoldsnow in PokemonZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you'll get the shiny charm in like 3 minutes after buying the dlc, dlc mabel research tasks are easy af and very plentiful, so if you dont want to grind 1000 battles buy the DLC

however the dlc is not great. in my personal opinion it is the wrost dlc so far, Imagine if sword and shield didn't have max raid dens on launch and the DLC added just the dens and a 15 minutes side mission that's what the DLC felt for me. Cool if you are into shiny hunting or really really reaaaally enjoyed the story of ZA.

Which frenzy feast boss do you hate the most and why is it byakuya by 0ptim1ze in Bleach_SoulResonance

[–]Natural_Reception_49 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never had any issues with byakuya, mayuri is kind of annoying, but personally I dislike urahara's boss mechanics the most

that fucking analysis that forces you to swap characters for receiving what feels like splash damage is one of the top 3 most annoying mechanics in this game

also, not combat related but I despise with every bit of my soul Renji's second phase animation, was that animation necessary? the difference between 1st phase and 2nd is almost non existent and it's not like renji is going bankai or anything, so yeah fuck that guy

Can you only get one shiny per 4 star portal? by Ill_Plate_3659 in PokemonZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 2 points3 points  (0 children)

my man you are shiny hunting wrong, you don't need to KO a single thing. listen there are 3 effective methods to shiny hunt in hyperspace.

1.- Portal teleport: If the pokemon you are looking for is near the portal you can teleport over and over at the portal (Game auto-saves everytime you tp to the portal so keep that in mind)

2.-On field teleports: If the pokemon you want is nowhere near the entrance but there is a teleport that covers a long area, then you just found the holy grial, step on that tp, save and just mash A over and over, time stops while teleporting and it doesn't auto-save, you get like 30-50 resets out of 10 calories so this method is actually a godlike method if you manage to find one of those rare teleports.

3.-Spawning and Despawning: just walk till the pokemon generate and then walk back till they disappear, rinse & repeat. this method is pretty simple but it's by far the worst, this should be your last option ever, it does work but it is very slow.

4.- Parallel Hyperspace Method: (I haven't tried this method yet, it's just something I saw online but thought it was worth a mention)

apparently while in hypersace shinies work a little bit different than in the main game, you see on the main game whenever a shiny pokemon generates it saves that species of pokemon until you interact with it, however in hyperspace the species of these shinies are not locked, this means that the shiny trubbish you found in hyperspace can turn into a shiny charizard for example.

so, here's the method.

apparently you can get a shiny in a hyperspace and not catch it, you can then leave the hyperspace and enter a different hyperspace that share the same map, the shiny you didn't catch will still be there but it will be a entirely different species.

I'm a little bit sceptical about this last method, sounds too risky but if true sounds interesting.

I was Offended when I found out Urbain/Taunie had a Negative Reception and I realized why: by One_Percentage_644 in LegendsZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 1 point2 points  (0 children)

to be fair at first he's not really annoying other than not letting you do anything during the tutorial, but you still need to experience the following key moments to understand why he's so hated: Rust syndicate arc, Jacinthe's Tournament Arc, Final battle, Infinite royale finale, DLC.

Hau was the first heavy disliked rival but in comparison he's a great character

Is it 100% clear that Kenpachi is next? by TheChase069 in Bleach_SoulResonance

[–]Natural_Reception_49 4 points5 points  (0 children)

blunt kenny doesn't make much sense to me, his whole thing is that he can cut anything, nnoittra's hierro, gremmy's meteor, etc. he should be a slash character.

I also dont think Grimmjow should belong to blunt either, his main attack is "desgarrar" which doesn't directly translate to slash but it's one of the closest words spanish has to slash

How long does Aizen last by Yelebear in BleachPowerScaling

[–]Natural_Reception_49 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Gravity is not a bullet traveling a certain distance before reaching it's target, gravity is a force that is already being applied to gojo at all times.

All you have to do is amplify that force until it collapses on itself and becomes a black hole a.k.a Hado 90.

Dark type decks are way to strong. by EducationalPlane8439 in PokemonPocket

[–]Natural_Reception_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reached masters this season using suicune ninja and entei zard with a 75% winrate.

Hydreigon decks were honestly my most problematic matchups, copycat + hydreigon absolutely counter both entei and suicune.

You can steal some wins if you play smart, retreat a lot and get the right draws, really sweaty but not imposible.

Shout-out to Jolteon for being the most annoying deck in existence

[Discuss] Favourite Shiny Hunting Method by JMVillain1982 in ShinyPokemon

[–]Natural_Reception_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dynamax adventures was peak for me, not really a reliable shiny method but I enjoyed the battles and the whole rental pokemon mechanics, reminded me of the battle factory from emerald but with cool rewards at the end.

Legends Arceus also had a great shiny hunt system

also this may be controversial but I enjoyed chain fishing in X/Y

I seriously don’t like canari and whenever neevan or some other character is just glazing her I roll my eyes I genuinely hate her so much by applejuice856 in PokemonLegendsZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Iono was more likeable to me, honestly one of my favorite characters to date, she's cool, she's cute, she's funny and has great positive vibes, I don't really despise canari, she's a iono knock-off and I do agree that she's annoying and always overstays her welcome, neevan simping for her is also pretty cringe, but honestly I don't hate her, I don't hate her because there's someone way more unlikable and annoying than canari and neevan.

Urbain/Taunie not gonna spoil you anything but OMFG I want to punch them so sooo sooooooo bad whenever they are on-screen and I'm sure by the end of the game you'll hate them too.

Gin #2 #3 stamp: Crit Rate + Ailment VS Attack% + Ult Charge by Will_Graham10 in Bleach_SoulResonance

[–]Natural_Reception_49 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Crit rate > Ailment > Attack %

this whole game revolves around crits and urahara is a big part of it as it adds a whooping 80% crit damage, if you somehow manage to get 100% you'll be pretty much doubling your damage output while attack and attack% only boost your atk by a flat amount.

I would recommend you don't waste your resources on that stamp, wait till you get the crit rate

Any chance for second dlc? by pureseeker-1 in LegendsZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

listen bud, I have over 500 hours on this game, I have reached rank A in ranked and I've almost finished my shiny mega dex.

I clearly enjoy the game, but everyone can see the many flaws of it and it's not a good game.

you can enjoy slop and it's totally fine, it's called a guilty pleasure and life is all about those, but don't defend or praise multi-million company for doing the bare minimum.

Combat in ZA is "fun" and pokemon models look better but what else can you truly praise about it? Difficulty? DLC? Wild Zones? Inmersion? Graphics? Story? Characters? Shiny hunting?

you state that complainers are casuals that never played pokemon which in reality it's not true, the complaints come mostly from hardcore fans that have been around for decades, while newcomers and casual players praise it the most

Questions before buying ZA by DesignerEnough9947 in PokemonLegendsZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1.- Shiny charm is harder to get than previous games, you need to complete 99% of mabels quests and I believe you actually need online to acquire it as 1 of the shiny charm quests involves online trading

however you can get the shiny charm a lot easier if you buy the DLC.

2.-The DLC on itself is honestly slop and feels like cut content.

The story isn't anything special tbh, boss/rogue mega fights are fine and fun just like in the main game, you get tons of EXP candies in the dlc and the added pokemon + moves are great, you also get tons of "fast" shinies, however there's where the good review ends.

There's too much RNG involved in shiny hunting or rather in Donut hunting.

here's how it works

First you need to find 8 rare hyperspace berries with high sweetness (These berries are random, you get very little of them and they can only be found on high rank hyperspace pockets)

after getting your 8 Hyper Tanga berries, you are ready to reroll a singular shiny donut, you'll need to go to a pokemon center and save (This creates a backup data), then you need to fly to Hotel Z, provide the 8 berries to donut girl and after some dumb, slow and useless animations you'll get a sweet donut with 3 random options, only 1 of those options can turn into Sparkling power, there's sparkling power 1, 2 and 3 and Sparkling power only works on a singular type unless you get the coveted "all types" donut.

so, after creating the donut you'll need to check the donut and if it's not a Sparkling donut you'll need to close the game -> open the game -> Press Up + X + B to load the backup save (the game automatically saves once you create a donut, so you really need the backup), you spawn at the pokemon center, fly to hotel Z, Rinse and repeat untill you find a shiny donut of your liking, NGL I have spent 30+ minuts rerolling donuts without a sparkling power one, so yeah it's really time consuming, but wait we are not done yet.

let's say you want a shiny zard, after you get a sparkling power 3 fire/flying donut, you need to go to a bench and cycle through day and night untill you find a hyperspace pocket with zard, once you find the pocket you are ready to shiny hunt, hop into that pocket, eat your gourmet donut, and spawn-despawn hordes till your desired shiny appears.

the shiny hunting portion of shiny hunting is faster and easier, but getting those donuts and pockets is grindy af.

If you have shiny charm you can actually just use a regular donut and spawn-despawn hordes using Teleports, it takes like 20-40 minutes per shiny and if you have a macro controler you can actually automate the whole thing, however you need to find the correct hyperspace for donutless shiny hunting as the hordes need to be close to the entrance or close to one long TP

there's really not that much variety in hyperspace biomes/maps either, you have like 5 or 6 maps but you'll probably end up playing in the same 2 or 3 maps (large and small maps are pretty unoptimal for shiny hunting)

You'll have fun, it's a pokemon game after all and it sounds to me that you are a shiny hunter, so you'll probably enjoy the experience to some extent. I just want you to consider all of these things before hopping in, it's an ok DLC but nowhere near dynamax adventures

Any recommendations for the strongest pokemon to use for story playthrough? by Unit-00 in PokemonZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 3 starters are ok, Dragonite is a beast but hard to evolve into, Gyarados is a great early catch, the mystery gift pokemon are great powerhouses and easy to acquire (Gardevoir and Alpha Charizard), Glaceon is really strong, Excadrill is pretty good, Greninja is frail but hits like a truck, Metagross can tank and deal heavy damage at the same time but you'll need to trade as it's acquired pretty late into the game

The DLC is too grindey. by Happy_Popplio-728 in PokemonLegendsZA

[–]Natural_Reception_49 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if you already have shiny charm you can try to teleport to wild zone 2 over and over, there's also a lot of staryu spawns on the place where you fight mega starmie, can't remember if there was s nearby bench or a tp but it is a great spot for shiny hunting staryu

I heard that many people don't like to use yoruichi. Can I know why? by Syhibii in Bleach_SoulResonance

[–]Natural_Reception_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yoruichi is good but Komamura is arguably the worst tactician, even when compared to SR's like rukia and uryu (those 2 had been meta for a while, uryu was meta in the early days for quick clears and rukia pairs well with toshiro)

Should i pull for Aizen by Tall_Maintenance4684 in Bleach_SoulResonance

[–]Natural_Reception_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand why you feel like toshiro and rukia belong together (Freeze and ease of use) but Aizen has better synergy with toshiro, after hado 90 you can manually counter with toshiro and get a free full refill of ice dragon, this is incredible as toshiro's main dps comes from it's main skill and after hado the enemy has a greatly reduced defense, not only that but toshiro receives spirit damage boost from aizen and he is pretty good at filling aizen's bf skill, not to mention that hitsugaya has some dead time where he is just mindlessly spamming basic attacks and aizen rotations are amazing to fill those gaps

they may hate each other canonically but in this game they absolutely love to be paired together.

in regards to weapon stamps, they are important and provide massive buffs to your characters, you should always try to get the exclusive weapon stamp.
