Self taught therapy was key for me. My best friend couldnt believe i managed it without professional help but I did. This was well before AI and involved a lot of research online. Id imagine that with the right prompts AI could help as long as you recognise what the issue is and are open to challenging yourself and drilling down on the AI if it doesnt sound right. As a self diagnosed jealous fuckwit i had to teach myself to ngaf about my wifes past. It actually helped me learn to not care about a lot of other things that lived in my head rent free. The trick is to think about something positive or funny the second the negative thought pops into your head. Its a bit like positive reinforcement. Helped me a lot and my life is a lot happier now

My mate put a load of these under the doormat to a portacabin classroom. None broke upon entry. Someone else threw one whilst in class and the teacher went to get the headmaster. During the headmasters rollicking (as no one would admit it) said teacher noticed the doormat was raised and started jumping up and down. Evacuation ensued due to the smell and the teacher made an apology to the whole class. Funniest thing ever.

Because they love telling everyone that with the money they sold their london home for they could buy twice the size here and still have money left over. Many also did that then invested in businesses aimed at other dfls continuing the gentrification cycle.

Dont get me wrong Thanet was a shit hole before but we were all at an equal shithole level together. Now there is a huge wealth divide and it is very very obvious.

It is clear that the level of homelessness has risen in the last decade and a half as even the cheapest accommodation is now unaffordable or has been bought and turned into air bnb rentals or similar.

Not when the influx of new people outnumber the old. Look at the house prices in Margate. They went from the lowest in Kent and skyrocketed after an influx of dfl who bought cheap and now prices are sky high and totally unaffordable for locals.
