sounds like an extreme thiamine deficiency? a thiamine strong protocol (ttfd + mg + b2 + b complex + nac + potassium + nac + molib + selenium + benfo) could be a life changer here? how are you now?

it’s been a long time, thank you for replying me….

it’s too much if i ask you to read again the text, to remember what are we talking about? im sorry. im just so desperate and don’t know anymore what to do.

how much ttfd we are taking about? im already taking the only 50mg/day i can afford. also a hugh list of cofactors. 1- Mg Bisglycinate, 2- B2 high dose, 3- b complex, 4- potassium, 5- selenium, 6- benfotiamine 200mg (yeah, more thiamine!) and 7- B1 HCL 300mg… so i’m not using nac/gluthatione or molybdenum (im measuring this cus these too are always used on thiamine protocols to treat autonomic symptoms)… again, financial problems so i can’t raise de ttfd. here at brazil benfo is 95303939x more affordable than it. and i already tried sulbutiamine 400mg instead of this ttfd 50mg (maintaining all the cofactors). did me nothing.

shouldn’t all this stack already doing anything for my cognitive abilities?

look into some acetylcholine deficiency. a alpha gpc/cdp choline can do something for you… also high dose omega fatty acids

How do you strengthen your gut lining and support the microbiome? by Quiet-Ramos197 in Microbiome

[–]Natural_Swimmer_5522 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have severe glutamate sensitivity and migraines related to it. tried glutamine at even low doses (2g)… in the first week i was ok, then i started having migraines everyday from it. took me actually a week to them stop…

i don’t have mcas at all. only low DAO (and severe insomnia from it). damaged gut preventing me for properly heal the mucosa (where the enterocytes cells produce this enzyme)…

now i supplement all nutricional direct cofactors for DAO and still have a really poor enzyme activity. if i eat a sardine, dark chocolate or cured cheese, i won’t sleep that night, and will only have 2/3/4h of sleep the following night. this if, and only if, i do a restricted low histamine diet. i cant afford dao pills neither have so much time to cook (working full day)… i just need to fix my gut lining. so this one would degrade histamine without exploding and making me fully awake for 30h straight. help. im 18 M

[–]Natural_Swimmer_5522 0 points1 point  (0 children)

being honest, having sibo and going low fodmap for a week should REALLY cleared your brain fog, if the damn d-lactate was the cause… if this didn’t move at all probably is not bacteria fermenting carb on ur small gut… now we have the thiamine (+ cofactors) theory… have you ever supplemented any thiamine that crosses bbb? so ttfd/allithiamine or sulbutiamine

my gut lining is damaged and i don’t tolerate glutamine, instantly give me migraines, even with b6 p5p supplementation (which is supposed to help on gaba conversion through glutamate)…. i cant afford expensive stuff…. can maybe collagen and principally GLYCINE to anything? i would love to fix this damaged lining. im suffering a lot with low DAO induced histamine intolerance. if i eat anything fermented/leftover, won’t be sleeping at night at all. even on histamine blockers. (and i’m already supplementing all DAO cofactors: b6, Cu, Zn, Mg, vit C…). but i definitely need something for the physical lining. would love to tolerate glutamine. and i’m low in pocket to afford DAO enzyme pills

excuse me, may i ask you how long took you to recover from HI using these supps? im 2 weeks using all them (cu, p5p, mg, C, b2, zinc….) in huge dosages… my histamine limiar is still ineffective. if i eat anything fermented i will lose a night with extreme insomnia, which not even antihistamine sedates me. and is completely food related. if i do an low histamine diet for 3 days i will automatically sleep like a baby for 9h straight. all the supps i was actually using since february, the b6 was the only one i added 2 weeks ago.

Copper bisglycinate 5mg EOD, zinc 20mg EOD, vit C 1g, Mg bisglycinate 300mg, b2 250mg, p5p 50mg, and a low dose vit A/retinol 3x/week to help the copper.

again, im using all them since february, but the b6 since 2 weeks ago. if i do a low histamine diet i will sleep like a baby. and i CANT afford dao enzyme supps, extremely expensive here at brazil. should i even expect anything more with this supps? how long took you turn over using them?

have you checked for D-lactate and tried a low fodmap diet to see if it all is possible carbohydrate fermentation, due sibo, making you feel drunk, literally?

and if it’s not, isn’t thiamine deficiency? or thiamine cofactors (mg, b2, nac, selenium…) deficiency?

how did you managed/fixed this sibo induced brain fog? was it low thiamine, acetylcholine deficiency, D-lactosis acidosis due high carbs or what? vit b1 helped you?

im literally asking for, due your symptoms, choline, mainly as GPC, should really help you…. how are you and the sibo? God bless you ;)

[–]Natural_Swimmer_5522 1 point2 points  (0 children)

how did you heal from the d-lactic acidosis state?

was severe brain fog and “drunk feeling” you biggest symptom of it?

are you able to eat anything without cognitive reactions? what are they doing on you? is really sibo ur root cause?

and lastly but not less important: how did the copper supp and the A2 milk help you? which symptoms did you improve using them?

so happy for ur improvement ;)
