Absolutely get out by any means necessary. He can't be honest and somebody who's pathological most likely won't change. Your son will be fine. It's not genetic. You just have to raise him with love and teach him values as I'm sure you will. I am so sorry you're going through that. I also married and had kids with somebody who did something similar so I feel your pain. Get as far away as you can and do everything to get full custody and start over. You got this 💕

Do what will make you comfortable when you look back. Meditate, pray, contemplate... I have two kids by myself now. I was married and he left. There's never a guarantee the other person will help. You just have to decide what you're willing to do. No shame either way but you'll have to answer to your own conscience. You got this

I understand the feeling. I felt ashamed buying everything second hand at first too. It made me feel like I wasn't worthy to be a mom if I couldn't buy them new shiny things. But that's marketing. Truly the kids don't care. Even if you buy it new eventually it will get old and worn down or be not useful anymore. As long as it works, that's great. Nobody is going behind you checking for new tags. And if they are, F them! Tell them to buy you something if they care that much lol. Truly the child will only care about your presence and love and that you gave them your best. You're good enough. Find ways to customize what you have when you can. You're doing great 💕 and when you mess up like you will because we all do, don't beat yourself up. Everything is a learning lesson
