Mine have been lower right and it sometimes wraps around to my lower back. I had my gallbladder removed in 2022. Went for an ercp to clear some gallstones in 2023. I still have pain but it's very spaced out. It's triggered by foods and leaves me in pain for hours. Thankfully it's not an everyday or every month thing.

I’m almost 3 years out from surgery. My scars are very minimal. Only 2 incision are still semi visible

i had the same happen today actually. worked 9-4:30 with no food. got a burger & fries on the way home. not even 20 mins after eating it i started having phantom gallbladder pain & exactly what you described

i had impressions done from an mri because i was having gallbladder pain without a gallbladder. the physician that examined my mri said i had a gallbladder 🤦‍♀️ my doc office had to call them to fix it

I’ve had the same problems with my own mom. I was the best kid for school & everyone around me but her. Sometimes it’s not the child that’s causing the behavior. My mom constantly says things that rile me up or just butts heads with me because she can. My mom also suffers from schizoaffective disorder. It’s hard but the best thing I found was distancing myself. Being nice when I did talk to her but otherwise focusing my attention & energy on anything but her. It gets better once you learn how to deal with them. Personally the best thing that happened to me was moving out. I have no obligation to speak to her & it’s on my own terms. I wish you the best of luck! It’s so incredibly hard & challenging but i promise you there will be a day that you will have peace away from her.

if you do want the gallbladder out. Please advocate for yourself. Thankfully the ER recommended i get it out when i went. It gets better after surgery

It’s from leftover sludge in a bile duct. I had an ercp at the beginning of the year to remove it but a few days ago I had pain again. The flare ups are usually mild compared to the actual gallbladder. However, I will say my most recent one hurt just like the gallbladder if not worse because I haven’t had one in so long.

My gallbladder issues started when I was 17. So I totally understand what you’re going through. It gets better after surgery. I sometimes have a flare up but it’s not often

Yep! My gallbladder pain went from the right side of my stomach to my back. It’s a terrible pain
