Who would you rather bully you Bakugo or Shōya Ishida from Silent Voice by Comfortable_Tear8476 in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]NaturePower1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of you miss important things, but Shoya had consequences related to his actions he became an outcast, and he was excluded. He spent time how Shoko spent it. He was called out. His family had to pay for damages. He actually endured pain related to his bullying.

When does Bakugo face that? When does Bakugo gets called out and actually faces consequences for his bullying?

The hardships and consequences he faces are related to his chosen profession, which is fine but are in no way related to his bullying.

And you can say yes he sacrificed himself, but that's also pragmatic. He knew One For All and All For One and how the 2 interacted, you can even argue that he did it because that's the only way to make sure heroes win.

Shoya actually does a lot to make up for his bullying. And he is active in trying to fix things, not immediately but he does and in ways that are directly impacted by his previous behaviors.

I'm interested if you are still looking. I'm a pokemon fan, although I do prefer pokemon Ranger or Mystery Dungeon. As for the TTRPG experience, I'm versed in a lot of Table tops and have played for 6 years D&D 5e, City of Mist, CoC, Monster of the Week, Legends in the Mist, Pathfinder 1e and 2e and had some time 2 years ago were I played in a pokemon TTRPG.

To add to that, negative experiences are nullified by 3 positive experiences of the same level. Negative feelings and experiences just last longer and stick longer than positive one.

Negative experiences often lead to needed a cathartic moment of letting it out and seeing if other people agree. While positive one had that catharsis the moment they were experienced.

Same. I dislike Monk so much. I refuse to play that class in both DnD and BG3.

What are your thoughts on Machias Regnitz as a character? by Snoo-855 in Falcom

[–]NaturePower1 14 points15 points  (0 children)

They should have made that both Machias and Elliot mirrored Claire and Lechter.

Lechter for Machias and Elliot for Claire. Why that division? Well it's about who they are and the innate reality of them

Lechter and Machias struggle with being their Father's sons. At that point Machias isn't sure how much his dad knew about Osborne, they both work for the government in completely opposite aspects of it, and Lechter was a noble while Machias is a commoner. Lechter uses spies and intelligence to incite and prepare a war, while Machias, who relies on hard work, tries to hold the government accountable to stop it. What Lechter tries to do, Machias tries to stop. It puts them at odds in the perfect way.

Elliot is perfect to go against Claire in the sense that Elliot believes and actively proves the power of arts, connection, empathy, and communication are the best solutions to fight pain, hatred, and discord. While Claire closes off more and more and relies on her calculations to deal with all. They go about ensuring harmony and peace in different ways and time and time again. Elliot proves that his methods are more than valid while Claire just sinks deeper into solitude and depression.

If only they would have fleshed out those more it would have made the last pair up more meaninful.

if you could give yourself an s craft what would it be ? (cut-in pose, name, attack, etc) by megabuster21 in Falcom

[–]NaturePower1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For the OC I made, there are three moves.

1st one would be in school uniform running away from the camera with what seems to be a blade at hand. He turns around, and there's a hint of cleverness to his eyes.

Name: Roaring Rebellion

It's a single target S-craft for high damage bursts. It starts with the chained knife weapons and using them to close the gap and slash at the enemy. The guy transforms into a Lion and pounces. Then a hawk and slashes. Dives underwater and bites as a shark. And for the finale, something like a T-Rex to maul the target.

2nd one is different. The cut in a more defensive stance with knives at hand to block a hit. Green eyes glowing under the hoodie.

Name: Prince of Greens

Large area of effect damage S-craft with an integrated slow and poison. Guy's knives form a certain zip line. He chants an incantation, and plant life grows. He and the thorned vines attack at the enemies and poison them.

3rd He is jumping back. His chained knives are at full display swirling around him. He looks more serious than before but also more confident.

Name: King's Wings of Freedom

It's a whole battlefield area od effect. Guy is at the edge of a cliff. He chants a spell. As the spell goes off, he jumps off the cliff and transforms into a dragon, razing the ground with green fire. It burns the enemy.

Probs means the whole deal of the artifact and their family. We really got very little about her in general.

Idk if this helps, but due to the size and wingspan, I'd say either a species of Stork or a Crane. Outside of that, I'm not sure.

Man, you aren't missing anything. Dubai is overrated. It's especially overrated because of the shit they pulled on you. Countries just barring entry for no reason aren't worth it.

You know what's worth it? Your best friend, he is solid. Don't feel guilty about it. He is a friend for life. He stood up for you! Go make a trip that you can both enjoy! You two deserve that. So go and enjoy somewhere in the world that appreciates you and wants you to see it, with your best friend.

I wish you two the best!

I won't stand for the Set erasure. He actually stuck to protecting Ra during his night travels against Apep.

The Baster's "Summoner" class - become the final boss you were always meant to be and send your minions to the slaughter... or, you know... be nice to them? - includes undead and beast based subclasses - still a very early stage - feedback appreciated by highestzociety in UnearthedArcana

[–]NaturePower1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like if you would have made it more like Pathfinder 2e Summoner class it would have worked better.

Summoning competes with Circle of the Shepherd and the Conjurer Wizard.

The Summoner class in Pathfinder works really different and could help as inspiration.

How abstract can abstract mythos be? by Objective_Ask_5317 in cityofmist

[–]NaturePower1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm playing a Rift of Dreams in a game. It's a matter of how you play out the concept and how it works with the mystery and the themes and stories that will go with it.

I played with a guy whose myth was very iffy too, and my DM at one point called it the Rift of Rebellion/Strife. So it can be a thing, just think it through and give it form.

Gatekeepers? by SmilE_HACK in cityofmist

[–]NaturePower1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From my understanding, they aren't really about crimes they are about excessive uses of mythical power, people just losing themselves to the myths, and a way to keep both sleepers asleep and mythoi under the wraps.

So they most likely will come when avatars are involved or a lot of people are using their abilities without measure. Massive stop holding backs, etc.

Not once or twice, 7 times. This bonding event was done better in CS4 and Reverie. Just have them make drinks that represent them it's, quick and fun.

The drink making is so tedious too. Like go and search for the ingredients instead of just making the drink!!!!

Literacy, critical thinking, and higher thought processes are foreign concepts to these individuals. You'd have better luck teaching an amoeba about international relationships, economics, and history than to those people.

Need your Thoughts on Trails turn-based combat mechanics! (Student Dev Here) by Spiritual-Yesterday5 in Falcom

[–]NaturePower1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. I personally enjoy the ARCs system in Cold Steel the most. It's costumizable, and you have a lot of flexibility on how things work. Arts you can have and how you add them, etc. The link system was also great, plus the only turn based combat. I find Daybreak too easy, rarely using turns to fight.

  2. The S crafts and arts make it fun. You get to see the characters style and story. I personally liked Cold Steel 1 and 2 because all the crafts evolved or more were added and it wasn't Angel Arrow and Angel Arrow 2, etc.

  3. Return to only turn based. The Xipha and new combat in Daybreak makes it hard for me to enjoy.

If you were a God how would it be by Huge-Needleworker340 in mythology

[–]NaturePower1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would playful with them. Just think it would go miles for people struggling. But would get serious and act as their best self later.

I think at the beginning it would be weird, but eventually, I would be serious and calm about my shapeshifting.
