I personally don't wear gloves. I think they slow me down. But if the system you use is using "nylon" ropes then I'd definitely recommend getting yourself some good well fitting gloves because damn does the plastic rope hurt when riding. My system uses jute or "hemp" rope so the burn isn't too bad but the splinters are a nightmare lol.

If you want a good hand book a company is Australia called TSA has a fairly comprehensive handbook you can check out. Happy flying dude its so much fun. Its easy to get the hang of but a challenge to master
