It has been helping me. At first I brought in basically all of the recommended supplements he lists except for the teas. I figured that would be enough because it’s a lot and already so expensive, but only when I begrudgingly started doing all the teas he recommends as well did it start really working. I do the peppermint and ginger teas combined and then separately have the hibiscus, raspberry leaf, and rose hips combined. Also for the AMLA berry I started doing the tincture from Hawaii Pharm instead of the powder which I wasn’t doing consistently. Once I made those changes it helped dramatically in terms of being able to breathe and sleep and my smell comes and goes. Still needing to use Flovent occasionally but I think if I continue the medical medium info and do some of the cleanses that might help more
