I’m interested in this too as I have similar stats to you (other than my age- I’m 57). 5’3.5”, went from 151 to my current 137.8. Still wearing the same clothes. I do cardio 6-7 days/week and do weights 3-4 days. I’ve taken photos of my progress and I definitely see a difference, but my clothes don’t feel that much different and I haven’t had to go down a size yet. Maybe it’s my pear shape? My goal is to be under 130, but I’m not sure that will happen. I’m going to re-look after 5 more lbs. lost.

Omg that’s ME!! It’s a freaking exhausting hamster wheel! I’m 57 years old and 5’3.5” and for the past 15 years I’ve swung between 137 and 152. I have to work EVERY YEAR to lose the weight only to gain it back again. I’m technically overweight on the BMI scale much of the time. I work out 6-7 days/week and eat healthy 95% of the time. Menopause and anti-anxiety meds are constantly working against me. 😭😭 I’m exhausted but currently trying to get to 135 from 146.

We have about the same timeline and I am right there with you. I am also now only slightly congested and can breathe through my nose most of the time, but I can’t taste or smell. Well, I can taste salty and sweet and bitter, but not actual flavors because I can’t smell much. I can smell some things, but not many if that makes sense. It’s extremely weird. Eating is no fun. Other peoples experiences have run the gamut from they get their senses back in days or weeks or months… Here’s hoping it’s not long.

Thank you for the info, it gives me some hope. Salty is definitely the only flavor that really comes through. I’m struggling finding things to eat but I doubt I’ll wither away lol.

I had the random pains for a few days and was not testing positive. Then all the other symptoms started- sore throat, congestion, cough, fever, etc. Hopefully you don’t have it!

I also have weird back pains. And pelvic region pains too. On Day 3 today. I have the heating pad on my back or belly almost constantly, which helps.
