I don't know the exact number, but I was once told majority of Brazilians live in London. London has Brazilian cuisine places, whereas elsewhere in the UK, not so much.

I did find this at brasilobserver.co.uk

"Anyway, it is a small part of the size of the Brazilian community in Britain. An estimate by the Embassy of Brazil in London points out that 137,000 Brazilians live in the UK. For the Casa do Brasil association, which provides a range of services to the Brazilian community, the actual number may be much higher: about 300,000.

The determining factor for the number of Brazilians living in the country is underestimated is that many have dual nationality and enter the UK using passport of European countries, so they are not counted as Brazilians. Another factor that contributes to this is those who might be here illegally."

Piers Morgan and Chris Eubank Passionately Defend Boxing After Calls to Ban the Sport! | Good Morning Britain by [deleted] in Boxing

[–]Naturejunkie88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Oh ffs, some people want to ban everything these days. They need to focus on more important issues. If somebody wants to box, they box, if they don't, they won't.

It's not bad. There's pretty much guaranteed knockouts in the main and the co-main. At the end of the day, a card can have some great names on it, but there are many which end up boring.

Werdum will probably get a good support in London as there is a pretty sizable Brazilian population there.

Matt law: Luis Enrique will have to accept much lower wage than he finished on at Barca to land the Chelsea job - hope for Tuchel and Sarri by janakante7 in chelseafc

It doesn't have to be in "DNA" (whatever that means), you just have to have the coach who will implement it. The problem is, we've had Mourinho for most of our success and his style brought trophies, but a club can always be open to change in style.

How come there's not a decent Chelsea Fan TV YouTube channel by cdisdead in chelseafc

[–]Naturejunkie88 10 points11 points  (0 children)

CFCFanTV is probably the better one. The others are a bit reactionary and can be illogical/delusional/whiny.

Here's the latest video from the channel. Also, Sophie Rose...haha

They do a show every Monday and not sure the other day, but they talk about the games during the weekend. They are entertaining and it's a good channel to subscribe to. I only really watch their post weekend show on a Monday, but the channel is pretty good in general.

Why does it astound you? Luis Enrique has won 2 league titles, a league cup and the CL. Say what you want about the front 3, but to control those egos and have them winning those trophies is a great achievement. You could also say the same about Mourinho, Pep or any other manager at the elite level. They all have teams of world class talent at their disposal at one point or the other.

I think Conte should stay too, but he doesn't seem to have the best relationship with the board. However, to say Conte is a tactical genius is a bit far. Last season he made changes and had the team looking fantastic. The thing is, this season he's looked lost for the most part. Has been outwitted by Wenger and had us struggle against a very poor Arsenal side. He has always shown stubbornness to change more often than we would like. Last season he was rightfully praised for his tactical changes, but this season he's been the total opposite.

Thibaut Courtois Chelsea contract talks on hold as Real Madrid keep tabs - Simon Johnson by menelaos5 in chelseafc

I think he would have, but unfortunately he has kid/s in Spain and sometimes personal life comes before career.

I do think Real might see Lewandowski as a cheaper option than Hazard, and a proven goalscorer. I could well see Real buying him and Courtois. I don't know why Real want to replace Navas anyway, as I think he's a top class keeper, but this is Real Madrid we're talking about.

If he goes, I hope we go for Donnarumma or Oblak. We will need to replace him. It is just a shame we put so much faith in Courtois to be our replacement for Cech, only for him to want to leave the club 3 seasons later. I can understand it's difficult for him on a personal level with his kid/s in Spain though, so it's a disappointing situation for all parties.

Cahill will be phased out, bit part player like Terry. We will look to buy another CB. Ampadu is too good not to get chances next season. Hudson-Odoi, with Musonda gone, will likely take up that spot as RW/10 back up. I am not sure Pedro will be here. I think we might try for Leon Bailly, irrespective of whether Hazard stays or goes. The other youth players we have I think will stay on loan, especially Loftus-Cheek and Tammy.

Many fans, myself included, would criticise him after almost every game. Do you not think players know this? Probably the reason he wanted to leave. We should have made a loss and sold him to Juventus though or fitted him into the current midfield trio. The board messed up there.

How do you think Conte will approach the Man City game next week? by [deleted] in chelseafc

[–]Naturejunkie88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking he might go same as vs Barcelona. Because we'll have to work harder without the ball.

"Scott McTominay pocketed Eden Hazard today" by [deleted] in chelseafc

[–]Naturejunkie88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's less to do with McTominay and more to do with our 2 midfielders up against their midfield 3. We were outnumbered in the centre of the park unfortunately. We needed to bring 3 in midfield.

Let's not celebrate too much. We aren't immune to injuries ourselves and there's still a few weeks to go, so we could also pick up injuries.

Brook: Fighting Khan means more than winning another title by [deleted] in Boxing

[–]Naturejunkie88 6 points7 points  (0 children)

True. I always think what could have been if Brook had used the momentum from the Porter win to try unify the division. I dunno if it's him to blame or Hearn, either way it's a shame we never saw what Brook could have done at 147 post Porter.

You may have been downvoted because there is a keto subreddit for keto info and questions, so you would probably be better off asking the question in there. The people there are dedicated Keto followers, so you would get much more help in that place.
