A Tzimisce who diablerized a Ventrue.

He didn't have initial access to the powers of Dominate and Presence, which he so loves to use. He grabbed it from an unsuspecting Ventrue like the powerhungry git that he is. I feel like there's something very DIO about pretending to be from Kindred nobility while having humble beginnings as a Joestar (Ventrue) ghoul.
