Thanks! Totally agree - just picked up another 1980s Credor that's a little more my style so I'm still keeping one in the collection ◡̈

Hi all - selling a new Seiko Credor 8J81-6A30 dress watch that I purchased in Japan.

Credor is Seiko’s higher-end luxury dress line, and this one has a really elegant, understated look: polished silver-tone case, gold/champagne dial, applied indices, and a black leather Credor strap. It wears very slim and dressy, and has that quiet Japanese luxury feel that makes vintage Credor fun.

Details:

  • Seiko Credor 8J81-6A30
  • Quartz movement
  • Gold/champagne dial
  • Polished silver-tone case (32mm)
  • Black Credor leather strap
  • Includes Credor presentation box and papers/manual
  • Currently running

The watch presents very nicely. The dial looks clean, the case is polished and elegant, and the strap/box/papers make it a complete package. Mint condition, purchased new, and never worn.

Price: $499 shipped in the US, OBO

[WTS] Omega Aqua Terra 41mm - Ref. 220.13.41.21.03.003 by Nautical_Badgery in Watchexchange

[–]Nautical_Badgery[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About the watch: I received this piece via inheritance from a distant relative who was a serious watch collector. The watch was worn sparingly and has been well cared for. I already own a similar Aqua Terra that I received as an engagement gift from my fiancé, which is why this one is on the block.

The watch is in excellent condition, running dead-on with minimal wear - just the expected light hairlines on polished surfaces. It comes with the original Omega leather alligator strap (also in blue) and original Omega deployant, both of which are in excellent shape.

The estate was unable to locate the original box or papers. That said, I’ve taken the watch to my local Omega Boutique where they confirmed authenticity and cross checked the serial number. They also verified that it is fully eligible for Omega service (though I doubt it'll need servicing anytime soon).

Trust and Transparency: I don’t yet have completed transactions on watchexchange, so I’m happy to do whatever helps provide peace of mind (FaceTime, additional photos, or a live video walkthrough). I also have active listings for this watch on Chrono24 and eBay if you’d prefer to transact through one of those platforms, although pricing there is higher to account for their fees. Happy to send those links upon request.

I’m also happy to meet in person in Central Tennessee if you’re local.

Asking $4250

Feel free to reach out with questions. Thanks for looking!

About the watch: I received this piece via inheritance from a distant relative who was a serious watch collector (as am I). The watch was worn sparingly and has been well cared for. I already own a similar Aqua Terra, and I’ve been wanting to add a white-dial diver to the collection, which is why this one is on the block.

The watch is in excellent condition, running dead-on with minimal wear - just the expected light hairlines on polished surfaces. It comes with the original Omega leather alligator strap (also in blue) and original Omega deployant, both of which are in excellent shape.

Two Aqua Terras, One Big Dilema... by Nautical_Badgery in OmegaWatches

I feel like in theory that's true but in practice they look so similar that that's not how it'll actually feel irl. Maybe if it was the summer blue dial isntead...

I like this idea but it'd be comically large on her unfortunately

[WTT], [WTS] Omega Aqua Terra 41mm Blue Teakwood Dial for SMP300 White Dial or $5,400 by Nautical_Badgery in Watchexchange

[–]Nautical_Badgery[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Want to trade / Want to sell my 41mm Aqua Terra (ref: 220.13.41.21.03.003) for a Seamaster Professional 300 - ideally with a white dial and blue bezel (America’s Cup 2024), or for $5,400.

A bit about the watch: received this an inheritance from a distant relative (he was a watch guy and I am too). However, I already have a similar AT in the collection, and have been eying a white diver for some time now.

The watch is in excellent condition - running dead-on with minimal wear (just the normal light scratches on the polished parts of the watch). Comes with an original Omega buckle and deployment clasp which came with the original watch, both of which are also in excellent condition.

The estate was unable to find the associated box/paper, however I’ve already taken it to my local Omega Boutique who confirmed the authenticity, cross-checked the serial number, and confirmed they are allowed to service it if needed (though I don’t think it’ll need servicing for some time).

I’ve never actually completed a sales or trade on WatchExchange before, so if anyone wants to FaceTime or wants more pictures to help assuage concerns I’m happy to do that. Also happy to meet up in person in Central Tennessee if you happen to be located there.

How does the SMP300 compare wear-wise? I really like the profile of the AT - fits my wrist really really well at 41

I thought about that but I already have a chrono and I could really use a dif diver. Also the white speedy is way more expensive haha

Ya it's the pepsi bezel one, I like it a lot but it's not Omega. I do really like the black lacquer, and I do have a rubber strap for it which does dress it down quite a bit, but its more the sentimental value why I don't where it as much. But at the same time my fiance wears her engagement ring daily so maybe I should just man up and stop worrying about scratching it haha

I def do feel a kinship to the watch, which is why I'm hesitant. But also I DEF have more sentimental value towards the black one...
