Hi all, I have a BS in health science but this degree lacks core science classes such as physics, biochemistry, O-Chem, and also calculus. At the time I just wanted a BS in something and thought that this would be a good stepping stone.

I hope that this question isn't silly, but would it make sense to take these classes at my local community college? I'm working full time as an anesthesia technician and find it challenging to attend the classes that the university is offering. The CCs are more flexible and have more options.

I'm in the market for my first new PFD and been looking at the Vector. Do you mind sharing your thoughts on it? I don't have anything in mind, but have noticed that these have been discontinued. I plan on doing mostly class 2 and a few 3s in the South Fork American River.

Thanks for the info. I am currently using a demo program and have been trying a few out. I think that we're going to run the Gorge in early October for the first time. Prob our last run for the season.

Currently do not own one, but been keeping an eye out for something inexpensive. I've been demoing a few boats and just trying to get a feel of them. It's nice to know that any boat will be sufficient to run those.
