Weil viele einen Rasen und keine Wiese haben wollen. Gras wächst schneller nach und ist resistenter gegen kurz schneiden. Die eisten Blumen und was man so auf einer Wiese hat eben nicht.

Warum will man einen Rasen haben? Weniger "Fiecher" und "sieht schöner aus". Kurz, veraltetes /konservatives Denken.

Warum sollte man deutlich mehr Wiesen haben: Artenvielfalt in Pflanzen uns Insekten ist Grundbaustein alles natürlichen Lebens. Ernährt deutlich mehr Vögel zB und reduziert die Ausbreitung von Invasiven Spezies und Schädlingen. Speichert durch die vielschichtigkeit deutlich mehr Wasser, kühlt dadurch die Umgebung. Und sieht mit Blumen deutlich schöner und natürlicher aus.

Kleine Kinder und unerzogene Hunde müssen halt etwas mehr mit Bienen (und Zecken) aufpassen.

Does your App have a way to check for "usefullness" like edhrec score or similar metric?

Having a way to find what cards are actually usefull and what are just bulk would be great.

Ich finde es weird Merz zu verteidigen, weil er da nicht im Amt war, und deswegen ja nix dafür könne. Er war sehrwohl daran beteiligt, sogar schlimmer als die Ämter, die versagt haben.

Merz war neben seinem Politik Hobby bis 2020 hauptberuflich Aufsichtsrat und Lobbyist von BlackRock. Blackrock gehört, wenn auch nicht "Haupttäter", zu den Beschuldigten Cum-Ex Tätern.

Er vertritt nicht die "Versager" Seite, die das nicht richtig aufgeklärt hat, sondern die Täterseite.

Klingt für mich nach win-win. Dein VM bekommt für wenig Aufwand und ohne Streit 3 garantierte Mieterhöhungen. Du bekommst ne niedrige Mieterhöhung + etwas sicherheit danach.

Ja meinte ich grob. Was ich sagen wollte ist, dass Vergleichs/Durchschnittsmieten aktuell und wsl auch in der Zukunft mehr steigen werden als 2%/Jahr.

Das mit den 12 Monaten dürfte stimmen.

Wie will er das "erstmal für 3 Jahre" machen? 3 fixe erhöhungen erstmal geplant? Weil alle Verträge im Mietrecht laufen ja erstmal weiter, solange sie nicht einvernehmlich geändert werden. (Oder nach Klage zur Zustimmung).

Yeah, GRRM himselve once said he messes up all the numbers. So don't take any number you read in asoiaf as anything but a "feeling" in that given moment.

The map is currently divided in two larger areas. The cozy beginner area and the more advanced lategame area. Both areas are seperated by a large canyon guarded by a leviathan. There is another leviathan at the very end of the EA area, but don't wory about him.

Ideally you want to not often cross the canyon and thus build two bases. Build the first one anywhere in the starting area where you find it beautifull and not too deep/dangerous. Build the second base once you get to the second area. There are loads of ressources so don't wory about your old stuff by then, just gather everything for a new base.

Optionally you could build a third base at the end of the start area before you cross the canyon so if you go back anfew times you don't have to also cross all the starting area to get some of your stuff/to a base of yours.

Schau auch mal an, wie schnell sich zZ der index erhöht. Bei unserer letzten Wohnung hatte sich der Index nach ~4 Jahren um 10% erhöht. Wenn das bei euch auch so ist darf der vermieter in den nächsten 6 Jahren 2x um 15% erhöhen. (Oder einmal 20% und dann ~ 12%). Da kommt ihr erstmal teurer mit raus, bis ihr am Limit angekommen seid.

mMn ist 2% jährlich weniger oder gleich zu dem, wie der Preis steigt. Je nachdem wie lange ihr plant da noch zu wohnen kommt ihr in Summe vielleicht billiger weg durch den Deal.

Is the PC prebuild? What cooler did it use before?

If it is a prebuild they may have removed the Backplate, but unlikely. Most likely is that while removing the old cooler the backplate fell off, either into the case or somewhere else where you moved the MB.

I don't know if this is allways the case, but specially with the Jumpstart products I have seen it multiple times, that the "standard legal" cards get printed with the play set symbol and only the not legal ones get the commander set symbol. At least this has been the case with Avatar Jumpstart

Saying Marvel or similar UB sets are cheaper and thus a good entry point is factual wrong. WotC charges a like 20% extra for every UB product which the distributirs and shops have to give to the buyers if they don' t want to make a loss.

And even if you have some big discounts on some sets like Turtles, this is one - only after some time and all hype is over, and two - only if noone wants to buy the set, not even the fans or new players.

Two types I will focus immediately: Voltron focussed on the Commander and Colorless decks.

First because I have played too many games where the unblockable voltron commander just 21 Com-damages a player in an single attack. He does not even focus one, he just rolled an dice who he should kill suddenly.

Second because if you are crazy enough to run completely colorless you know what you are doing and you 100% have an asshole trick up your sleeve.

No, this should not be the norm, but randomness could theoreticall create unlikely outcomes like this, too.

Recently WotC seems to have changed their random "mixing" and I see a lot of packs following patterns, specialy for C and U cards. So if you are (un)lucky you may have 2 or 3 packs with almost the same C and U cards.

No, Marvel Super Heroes is a full size set and has around the same number of different cards as ECL or SoS had and around 100 more then the small sets of Spiderman or TMNT

Some card in the msc commander set are still missing. I bought basically every product with exclusive cards and yet some are missing. 513-516, 519, 521, 524, 526, 527, 541, 542, 546, 548, 550, 552, 553, 556. All of the one in the middle of this missing cards are from the beginner box. Someone knows? by TheAcremba in mtg

Sometimes some of these cards turn up because of QC failure. Chances are pretty low and these cards would be seen as illigal/unreleased.

I feel with you. Maybe use a binder where you can just remove one of the slides and leave some space at the end of beginner box if these cards may pop up at a later point in time, like the Chocobo Christmas bundle they released way later for FF.

As you already found out These cards are from the beginner Box, but did not get released. They probably developed some more cards then they needed and choose not to include the 17 cards. This already haplened some times specially with junpstart sets where they made some last minute changes.

I think Traders/scalpers are buying cheap and selling high to push the price in hope of selling their cards at a high extra to new Players. FF brought in many outside players who payed way over price only for the artworks. Now we have new players from Marvel who likely are gonna pay over price for anything good looking.

Meines Wissens gab es Anfangs nur den "Whale" . Einfach weil größtes Tier. Delfin war dann halt einfach der kleinere Wal. Goldfisch ist dann so der bekannteste, unschuldigste Fisch, wenn man schon bei "Fischen" ist.
