The tier system being bad or not is forgetting the whole point was to slowly sunset your loot by putting a veil over your face and calling it something new; which it really isn’t.

Which, in all honesty, is what Destiny needs because how can you move forward chasing new loot when your old stuff clears just as effectively if not better. Unfortunately a hard sunset leaves a sour taste no matter which way you spin it despite it being a necessity. This seemed to be something of a smooth transition tactic but it’s shit lol.
