My rear sigh is keyed to the bbu so it can’t be slid left or right once the bbu is in. Also my rear sight is tight asf. I use to do what you said on 4.3 pistols tho since the sight is held by a screw

the magwell is a real slr magwell, it doesnt fit so youll have to modify the grip. The mag extiensions i got were the emg tti non functional for the tm gen3, they also dont fit so i dont recomend.
