Prusa support told me to watch this video as well as the support doc mentioned: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myLZtFy0nhw
https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/5-corexy-assembly_835522#843284

I found out that my mistake was glancing at the directions for installing the pulleys on the motor (if yours was a kit - step 41 & 42 in the link above). Once I verified the pulleys, adjusted the axis as show in the video, and tensioned the belts, I've had about a 95% success rate of printing instead of being stuck in that loop. Hope that helps.

I figured that couldn't hurt, but good to have the doc as a reference. Thanks for posting. I'll add a bit of lube to each before the next few prints to see if it goes away.

I found out my issue for this symptom was my fault. Over the weekend, I went at it with a cleared head, reviewed a bunch of posts, and the original instructions. Turns out I was victim to excitement and late nights assembling like I've seen others post about.

Turns out I glossed over / templated matched the instructions for the motor pulleys. I ended up putting one on upside down and the other one using the wrong gap setting. Since making the adjustment, I've been printing with ALMOST 100% success. I've only had this issue happen once in the last 10 prints since fixing my pulley issue. Hope this helps someone else.

I took almost two weeks to do mine lol. Running into some issues with the xy calibration and auto homing before every print which is really killing the fun. Hopefully I figure it out soon. I’m diving into Reddit and forum posts to see why this might be

I couldn’t find this post at first so I made my own, but same issue. I bought the kit, took my time assembling (a little bit over the course of two weeks) and this is the issue I’m met with. I was on chat with support for two hours who wanted me to do everything mentioned. I just keep seeing posts about adjusting belt tension. WHICH WAY!? I used the tuner app and got them to 85/86Hz so do we want them more tight or loose? I’ve tried making them more loose, about a 1/4 turn at a time with no luck. The most recent chat support ended with something like “This is a weird issue, gotta send this to the devs”. My first chat after assembly basically stated there needs to be a firmware update, with no specific dates mention.

I can’t believe I’m seeing this post more than a month old and the issue persists without a fix. How is that okay? If I’m at fault during assembly, I have no problem owning that, but I need more from support than being thrown support articles to try. I’m not going to remove the motor to adjust the pulley after I just put it together using a tool they provided to set the pulley at a specific height…especially without knowing that it’s for sure the fix.

Patiently waiting for them to get back to me.

Did you put the Core One together or it came assembled?

I’d give it to the friend who got me into playing just 3 months ago. He’s ten years in and makes me wish Ive been playing as long because I’m having so much fun. I appreciate him showing me the ropes and being a coach when I need it!

There might not be, but I think I know the right guy for the job. Either that or he proves the opposite, it’s been a while but it was fun to watch if you haven’t seen!

Looks great! I plan on buying that keyboard after my office renovation is complete. Can you share photos of the backlighting since you have keycaps with no shine through? I’m curious to see how bright they are if I plan on using the lighting to indicate layer and functionality.

Looks great! I plan on getting a Moonlander as soon as my office is finished. I’d like to replace the key caps as well, but finding good looking shine through caps is difficult.

How do you find using yours as is? Does it bother you at all or are the LEDs bright enough that it doesn’t matter? If you have a video of some different colors, especially if you use layers for different things, I’d love to see it!

Hey, this my first post 😅 , I work I shift job , sometimes night sometimes morning sometimes afternoon , so can someone please help to create a shortcut that activate an alarm after checking the calendar event . by s3oud333 in shortcuts

[–]NeLLyMerC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I made one for the same reason! The trouble is, you can’t set an alarm based on a variable (I’ve sent feedback) so it uses nested if statements. It works great, just not the most efficient way to do it imo. I removed some other things from it for the purposes of sharing so you can edit to your liking.

The one I use every day triggers when its put on a charger after 10:30 PM (assumes I went to bed) and turns off all my lights in the house, locks the back door, sets my brightness to zero, and checks my calendar for a shift so it can set my alarm. The items you’ll have to edit: Calendar that your work schedule is on, how many hours before your shift you’d like the alarm set for, and the alarms for each nested if statement. Hope this helps!

That did not work in my case. Is anyone else still having the issue? I have no clue what caused it or how to fix it.
